With a background as a barista, café owner, and professional chef, Joey’s love for coffee spans both continents and careers. From the bustling streets of the West Coast to the sophisticated cafes of Europe, Joey has always sought out the best in the world of coffee.

Through years of training at the California Culinary Academy and countless trips to coffee-growing regions across the globe, Joey developed a discerning palate for food, wine, and, of course, coffee. His dedication to perfection is evident in every cup of coffee we roast.
